Get a wireless shock collar!  These aren’t new at all…kids in Europe were wearing these harness & leash things back in the 1970s…I remember the first time I saw one (I was a military brat as a kid and lived in Germany from 1977-1980) & wondered what in the hell the kid wearing one did that was so bad he needed to be leashed? And whether my parents thought I ought to have one too (scared me even straighter than I already was).
