National Journal: FCC Quietly Selling Net Neutrality on Capitol Hill
At the invitation of the Senate Commerce Committee, FCC General Counsel Austin Schlick and top advisers from the chairman’s office will brief bipartisan staffers Friday [today] from noon to 1p.m. in room 253 of the Russell Senate Office Building. On the House side, the commission will conduct a similar briefing at 2pm in room 2123 of the Rayburn building.
Un-freaking-believable…a communications lawyer friend hinted to me he knew this was going on day before yesterday, but clearly he was bound not to say anything. This is going to get ugly but quick.
